Alastair Wallace

  Alastair is an established learning and development professional, specialising in the design and delivery of creative learning events that deliver results.

With over fourteen years' experience in management, organisation development and learning consultancy with organisations such as Amadeus, KPMG, Sony, Centrica, The Savoy Group, RBS, Rolls-Royce and Airbus, his unique and client-centred approach has earned many plaudits. Alastair has also worked for several large training companies as a senior consultant, developing and delivering large scale international learning programmes for leaders and managers. His work has focused on developing strategy, building optimum performance and employee engagement.

Some of his recent projects have involved global delivery rollouts, e-learning and blended solutions, design and delivery and incorporation of the latest thinking on accelerated learning. His client and commercial focus is paramount in everything he does, and he effortlessly weaves in his people development experience and skills from a variety of sectors, to ensure maximum return on investment.
Alastair's energetic and practical delivery style is focused on ensuring learning is relevant and usable for the participants straightaway. His main area of interest is in helping to develop high quality leaders and managers, through a variety of creative and engaging approaches, and he thrives on working with a broad range of clients.

His post-graduate studies at University of London explored the "holy grail" of successful transfer of learning within the workplace, and this research is brought to life in the structure of the events he creates.
