Catherine spent 25 years in the private sector and has significant experience of working as an internal consultant on identifying, designing and implementing learning and development and inclusion and diversity solutions to a wide range of clients. She has managed large scale change programmes, managed operational and training teams, designed assessment and induction programmes and established and developed outsourced contracts as well as speaking at various conferences and events on coaching and inclusion and diversity initiatives. In the last four years, Catherine has established a range of her own clients and working in partnership has designed and facilitated leadership programmes around relationships, leadership, inclusion and self-awareness.
Previously Catherine won the award for Outstanding Contribution to Women's Learning & Development - in recognition of her contributions to in-house women's development programmes, Women in Networks, Mentoring and a Co Coaching programme. She has been a judge for the Opportunity Now Inclusive Culture Award on a number of occasions and was a finalist in the ORC Equality Award.
