Paul Nolan

Paul is a learning and development professional with a proven track record of designing and delivering bespoke solutions in the areas of people skills, project management, communication, sales, negotiation, influencing and building relationships.

His focus is on creating fun, memorable interventions that align to company objectives and deliver long-term results for the organisation. He delivers to front line employees, team managers and senior leaders. 

Paul has a solid background in training, talent and development, allowing him to work competently at developing training solutions including competency framework design and assessment, change management programmes, leadership development, one-to-one coaching and on-site mentoring with all solutions aligned, where appropriate, to internal benchmarking, employee reward processes and performance management cycles. He is also able to design blended solutions incorporating distance based learning using rapid e-learning programmes.

Paul has the ability to work well with delegates of all behavioural preferences, as he has an operational and technical background including Prince2 accreditation, combined with his naturally outgoing and persuasive style and qualifications in NLP, CiTP, TTI Success Insights (DiSC, Motivators, Emotional Intelligence, Acumen and DNA) and IMI Award ATA Accredited Assessor for Sales, Service and Corporate.

His projects have included Sales, Service, Change and Leadership, and he recently designed and delivered a Team Building intervention focused on building effective relationships and communication for CrossCountry Trains commercial team that was personally commended by the Commercial Director who attended it.

Naturally customer-focused and determined to deliver the outcomes you require in the right way for your delegates and culture, Paul is often described as a pleasure to work with at all stages of the process from scoping through to design, delivery and follow-up.

Outside of training, Paul is also focused on charity work having completed Tough Mudder in two years running to raise money for Help for Heroes, completing The Big Climb to raise money for CLIC Sargent and completing the 3 Peaks Challenge for British Heart Foundation and the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
