She specialises in working with senior teams and strategy, as well as designing and delivering HR, training and development solutions to deliver improved business performance. Sally is noted for her delivery of high impact interventions in an energetic and creative way. She has worked with public and private sector organisations and at all levels from the board to first line managers and operatives.
