Vickie Elston

Client Relationship Manager

Vickie started her career as a peripatetic trainer within the Royal Bank of Scotland group, giving her extensive experience in designing and delivering bespoke training to all levels of management. To understand management in practice, she then moved on to be a bank manager for NatWest. There, Vickie successfully managed three different sized busy high street branches, meeting and exceeding all targets in the four areas of income, service, quality control and people.

After moving back into training and development, Vickie gained a thorough understanding of qualifications awarded by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) as well as non-accredited programmes, and developed a reputation for an innovative approach to finding bespoke solutions to fulfil organisational development needs. She now excels in client account management, and by managing accounts across several key industries, Vickie is able to draw on what has worked well in different organisations. Programmes she has worked with clients to design have been shortlisted for a Construction News award and highly commended at the Network Rail partnership awards.

Vickie is in contact with her clients throughout their programmes, providing feedback, analysis and regular review meetings.
