Andy Davies

Andy is a facilitator and coach with over twenty years' experience in the development of individuals and groups in business, education and sport.

He is a senior professional with a notable track record of working in a wide variety of settings and at all levels, in both the public and private sectors. Whether leading a training workshop, facilitating an event or coaching on a one to one basis, he is equally comfortable 'on the shop floor' as he is at director level and has a proven ability to produce results whatever the context.

Andy's style is authentic and engaging, with a passion that motivates and inspires individuals to effect behavioural change and positively challenge their own comfort zones through a heightened level of awareness of themselves and others. By creating such an environment, he enables people and organisations to understand the keys to achieving real growth and progression.

His ability to rapidly generate strong working relationships with both clients and attendees on programmes is often commented upon and seen as a major factor in building high levels of trust, resulting in meaningful, beneficial and sustainable outcomes.

Andy's key areas of expertise include leadership and management skills development, effective teamworking, managing and leading cultural change, developing exceptional customer service  and 1-2-1 executive coaching.

An honours graduate, a qualified teacher (Post Graduate Certificate in Education) and erstwhile Financial Adviser (FPC), Andy is a Member of the Association for Coaching (MAC) and of The Institute of Leadership & Management (MinstLM) and is also an approved trainer for the latter.
