Gary has personally led, trained and coached sales and marketing teams at Duracell, Wilkinson Sword and Boots before establishing himself as a freelance trainer in 2005.
He now helps teams develop their cohesion, confidence and clarity and helps them to work better together to deliver improved performance, service delivery and results. Specifically, he helps leaders recruit the right team members, supporting them and developing their talent and potential as they flourish. He helps to ensure team meetings are focused and productive and also helps managers effectively conduct those 'awkward conversations' that crop up from time to time.
