James Clegg

James has over 20 years' experience of working in high profile learning and development roles, fulfilling his aim of helping people to be the best they can be. Being committed to his core values of making a difference whilst living a wonderful life, James believes that everyone can maximise their learning if they allow themselves to do so.

Having worked across a wide range of sectors, James has spent much of his time not only designing and delivering exceptional learning interventions, but creating and leading learning and development teams in large blue chip organisations.

James is a licensed master practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is also qualified to level B in occupational testing, being fully trained and licensed to use a wide range of personality and assessment tools. As a highly qualified, experienced and skilful practitioner of a wide range of psychometric tools, such as MBTI, FIRO B, OPQ and FACET 5, to name but a few, he's helped countless individuals and teams to gain invaluable insights into themselves and others. His desire to help more people to communicate better with others through an increased understanding of diversity is at the heart of his love of psychometrics. In his words "the world would be a much better place if they taught MBTI to every child in every school on the planet".

James has been described by clients as an 'inspirational presenter who really gets you thinking'- 'outstanding facilitator who engages everyone he works with' - 'a pragmatic and down to earth style which our managers loved' and 'a catalyst for us to go to the next level'.
