John has been involved in learning and development for over 12 years. Bringing together his performance skills as a drama school graduate with his 10 years experience as head of training within the third sector, he has acquired a particular skill set.
John's role as corporate actor and facilitator has seen him working with many different clients across a multitude of sectors and programmes: from performance management coaching and leadership training (ILM) within large construction companies, to the designing and running of negotiation training for fundraisers.
John specialises in using theatre-based techniques. This approach has allowed him to work with a variety of different people in a variety of different roles; from senior managers right across the spectrum to front line staff. John has also had experience of working within the full gamut of training environments, from one to one coaching to large-scale conference events.
John's energetic and engaging approach to learning and development is key to his many successes. His diverse work history has given him a versatile and creative approach to any style and programme of training.
