Richard Sivers

Richard is an enthusiastic professional, passionate about learning and developing others. He is a strong motivator and is able to communicate effectively at all levels.

Richard has over 16 years' experience working within the organisation and management development arena. Richard has held various management development positions within a major UK financial services organisation and OD-consultancy roles within the IT sector before becoming independent in 1999. Richard's key strengths lie in his creative and innovative programme design and delivery of high impact and experiential O&MD initiatives.

He specialises in: designing and delivering innovative, "off-the-wall" solutions where the client demands creative and different ways to engage learning and development. RiCMIPD), a Member of the British Psychological Society, Level A + B qualified and an NLP Practitioner.
