Wayne's early career was spent in the British Army working with Regular, United Nations and Special Forces units in a variety of Strategic and Operational Senior Management HR, Training and Recruitment roles.
On leaving the military in 1992 Wayne spent time working as a Senior Executive for the United Nations as an International Recruiter; as and HR and Training Director for a Mergers and Acquisitions company in London; and as a Program Director for a National Charity delivering 'Thought Leadership' programs to the private, public and 3rd Sector.
Since 1998 Wayne has been an International Learning and Development Facilitator and Practitioner specialising in Leadership & Team Development, Organisational & Behavioural Change and Performance Management in Matrix type structures.
Wayne is co-author of political intelligence profile (pip)™, the Executive political intelligence Coaching (EpiC) profile™ and The Matrix and Complex Environments (MaCE) Leadership Development Report (LDR)™.
In addition Wayne has also authored the unique series of LEAD Influencer Personality DNA™ instruments that are designed to help people work more effectively in a complex matrix operating environments. These comprise The Stakeholder Influencing Instrument (SII)™, The Conflict Handling Instrument (CHI)™, The Matrix Leadership Instrument (TLI)™, The Ambiguity Management Instrument (AMI)™ and the Relationship Intelligence Instrument (RII)™.
