Jacqui has over twenty two years of experience in managing people and exceeding sales targets across a range of roles including Retail Sales Management, Account Management, Telephone Sales, Recruitment and Selection and Business Development.
A confident and passionate individual, Jacqui is driven by true commitment to understanding her customers' requirements. Her enthusiasm and tenacious personality have been the key to a variety of successes: engaging new business, coaching sales teams and developing their skills, recruiting and training sales teams through selective interviewing, and implementing a retail management performance process that substantially increased the branch turnover.
Jacqui has a natural ability to engage people through active listening, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer care. Her role is to introduce Keystone to customers with whom we haven't worked yet, develop an initial understanding of their objectives and arrange for the Keystone Directors to meet with them directly to explain how we can support our clients in achieving their outcomes. She is also Account Manager for some of our clients around the Midlands area.
Jacqueline is a highly experienced and contagiously friendly member of the Keystone team with the ability to see the bigger picture and strong enough to continually evaluate and challenge our team's overall performance - which ultimately benefits our customers!
