Learning Programmes Coordinator
Maureen's role includes supporting the Learning Programmes Manager by taking responsibility for programme managing a variety of courses, ensuring that everything is in place and set up ready to go on the delivery day. This includes assisting with, or taking ownership of, organising the venue, joining instructions, any pre- and post-course questionnaires or online psychometrics. Maureen also liaises with clients and trainers to make sure all the information that is required from both sides is collected and any queries regarding the programme management are answered. Maureen is committed to ensuring delegates get the most from their experience with us. She uses her formidable skills in organising, prioritising and managing workload to keep things running smoothly and to work as an extension of our clients' L&D teams.
