Learning Programmes Manager

Michelle's role includes managing our Learning Programmes Team, whose responsibilities include keeping in close contact with clients and trainers alike to ensure the smooth running of all courses. They provide support and guidance to clients and learners for the whole range of Keystone development programmes and make sure delegates are fully armed with all the information necessary for them to learn from and enjoy the course they have been nominated to attend. Her team leave nothing for the client to worry about. Michelle's experience includes NVQ assessing for customer service and business administration, and for the last four years she has supported learners through qualifications which have been accredited through the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), supporting delegates, giving them feedback and marking their assignments.
