Gemma Pender

Gemma brings together her passion for training, learning, and development, alongside excellent organisational skills within our Programme Management team. She is dedicated to ensuring the successful delivery of our development programmes.
Looking after the deployment and administration plans, she ensures everything runs smoothly from choosing your programme dates to the delivery days themselves. Her responsibilities include the organisation and distribution of pre-course logistics, diagnostic tools, surveys, and post-programme evaluations.
Gemma ensures that every element is in place and ready for action, supporting our facilitators and account directors in delivering a unified and enriching learning experience for participants.
