Jo Raishbrook
Accounts Director
Jo looks after many of our key client activities as account director. Experienced in using a range of techniques, Jo specialises in creating tangible behavioural change in embedded cultures through high impact, immersive techniques.
Jo began his career in the performing industries and combined acting, directing and freelance training delivery for over a decade before joining Keystone full time in 2010.
Since joining Keystone, and alongside managing key accounts, Jo has headed up our drama based and digital learning solutions streams, developing our methodology and capability whilst leading our team of specialist practitioners. His multi sector expertise in behavioural safety also sees him look after our safety leadership and safety culture change programmes.
Jo takes a consultative approach to creating solutions and is passionate about delivering a personalised service from the first discussion through to evaluation of any programme’s success.
