John Dibble


John has been involved in learning and development for over 20 years. Bringing together his performance skills as a drama technique specialist with his 10 years’ experience as head of training within the third sector, he has acquired a strong and particular skill set.

He specialises in using experiential methods including theatre-based techniques. This approach has allowed him to work with a variety of people in different roles: from senior managers right across the spectrum to frontline staff. John has also had experience of working within the full gamut of training environments, from one-to-one coaching to large-scale conference events.

John’s energetic and engaging approach to learning and development is key to his many successes. His diverse work history has given him a versatile and creative approach to any style and programme of training and significantly impacts the learning people take away and its sustainability.
