Learning Programmes Manager
Ryan has worked as an actor-facilitator for Keystone since 2015 before turning his hand to Programme Management. His focus on communication and organisational skills, and his keen eye for detail, have made him adept at this role. His previous and varied experiences of being in the training room delivering face-to-face have provided him with valuable insight into the experiences and needs of learners. He understands the outcomes that can be achieved and he appreciates what is practically required both in the room and behind the scenes to enable this to happen.
Ryan is passionate about maximising the value of the learning for each participant and is committed to creating a positive and safe space to allow this to happen. This means establishing a clear line of communication with our clients and maintaining a positive relationship alongside this. Ryan is focused on offering a constant and steady presence, fully appreciating the end-to-end requirements of a successful learning programme.
