With over three decades of leadership and management experience working across sectors and over 15 years of coaching and facilitation work, Theo has a breadth of experience to draw upon. This informs his ‘real world’ approach to developing people across all levels within companies and organisations, specifically with senior and executive leadership teams.
Highly experienced with how we deal with conflict and navigate difficult conversations, Theo creates positive learning conditions in which to have conversations which unlock the potential of people and organisations. Believing that the most serious problem facing any organisation is the one that cannot be spoken about, Theo is passionate about creating space for people to attend to that challenge in the most positive manner possible.
