Tim brings a wealth of operational experience in senior management and leadership to his training and coaching work. A skilled and experience leader of change at all levels within an organisation with a track record of delivery, his strengths are in developing and delivering change programmes that are pragmatic, focused, generate energy and realise benefits.

Since 2004, Tim has specialised in safety culture change in high hazard industries, including power generation. He has been involved in transformation projects around safety leadership and employee engagement in the nuclear and traditional power generation industries. In addition, he ran a top down behavioural safety programme for Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Services, including organising top team roadshows, running focus groups and one to ones, and delivering training and coaching. Other clients have included Network Rail, Cemex and Nalco. He has also designed and led industry seminars with thought leaders in behavioural safety at the IOD, Stirling and Edinburgh Castles.

Tim has a strong corporate background, having worked with national and global organisations in the UK and overseas, led national sales and training teams at BUPA, carried out corporate account management and led on business change and transformation. Some of his relevant achievements include gaining IIP Bronze, leading on a major business restructure, implementing a quality auditing process, and managing an operation with 80 staff and a turnover of approximately £75m.

Tim has a BSc (Hons) in Politics and Economics.
