Yolanda Morley-McKay MSc, MBPsS, Assoc CIPD


Yolanda is an experienced Organisational Development Consultant having led large scale change projects for public and third sector organisations; designed and delivered a range of professional development programmes including leadership development and team effectiveness (both collocated and virtual teams) and worked with individuals in a critical friend capacity. Her career has spanned many sectors including charities, telecommunications; events; education and engineering.

She has a passion for helping people to learn and grow and for organisations to develop with people at their heart, working together for greater impact. When working with organisations she enables lasting change to happen whether that is dealing with operations of an organisational development project; facilitating a development programme or working with teams to aid their development or problem solving. A lot of her work focuses on supporting strategic development through the provision of bespoke training sessions on a broad range of subjects such as team development, conflict management, personal effectiveness, and inclusion.

She has led on the Quality Assurance of 7 national leadership development programmes (circa 5000 participants) which supports all levels of leadership from first line managers through to executive leadership.

Yolanda has a Masters in People and Organisational Development through the Roffey Park Institute, where her dissertation focused on psychological safety and cohesion in virtual teams. She has a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management and a degree in Psychology. Yolanda has served as a school governor for many years, is a season ticket holder at Leicester Tigers, and an enthusiastic gardener.
