With a topic as critical as respectful workplaces, it is vital that leaders are given the opportunity to feel as well as understand what is at stake.

Keystone’s immersive, drama-based learning creates the emotional connection and realism that no classroom can replicate. Learning is accelerated in the room, offering experiential realisations that ensure it sticks — and goes back to the team.

What we will explore:

• A character-led opening — surfacing the real “Why me?” resistance and holding a mirror up to the attitudes that stop leaders acting

• An amnesty — Listening to understand. Leaders name what they personally find difficult – situations, expectations, relationships. We let these challenges shape the session

• The hard topics, named — banter that crosses the line, sexual harassment, the bystander who says nothing. Explored honestly through character, not theory

• A consequence moment — the personal and professional cost to a leader who saw something and stayed silent. What is genuinely at stake for them

• Realplay and action commitments — live practice using authentic situations, and every delegate leaves with one named action they will implement
