Run over 4 days as a residential programme, the course is aimed at those who have made (or will be making) the step up to team leader or manager, without necessarily having been given the right skills so far to make that move successfully.
The training is designed to be immersive, high-impact and to deliver rapid but sustainable behavioural change. It focuses on building delegates’ awareness, confidence and competence in a range of essential areas.
