Angie Mitchell

  Angie is an engaging, interactive, motivational facilitator and keynote speaker, who helps organisations by providing expertise in leadership training, development and performance management by integrating business goals with human resource solutions.

Prior to moving to Yorkshire in 2006, Angie spent 15 years working with the Walt Disney Company in the United States. Her first 10 years were spent working in various Human Resources roles within the Walt Disney Resort in Orlando, Florida. She began by facilitating the induction program and progressed to become a member of the Attractions Merchandise HR business unit working with HR Shared Services.

Angie's last five years working with the Walt Disney Company were spent in the Human Resources team on the Disney Cruise Line. She provided HR Management support for a crew compliment of 972 representing 52 nationalities. In this role she also was HR advisor and coach for the Captain and Senior Executives.

During her last year with Disney Cruise Line, Angie transitioned into a shore base role providing HR Shared Services support to the onboard Human Resources team. Before moving to Yorkshire Angie worked for LYNX, the Orlando Regional Transportation Authority.  In this role she recreated the recruitment and selection process for bus operators as well as designed a curriculum for their leadership development program.

Today, Angie offers a wide range of training and coaching programs and services – from individual coaching to seminars and keynote speeches.
