Donna began her career with Bass Plc (now Molson Coors), and worked across both OD and HR, with her last role operating within OD. Since moving out of Molson Coors, she has operated as an HR and Organisation Development Consultant and Executive coach, collaborating with clients, associates and partners for the last 7 years, with over 20 years' experience working with both large global businesses and medium-sized businesses specialising in Strategic HR, Leadership and Management Development, Executive Coaching, Cultural Change and Talent Management and Development.
Throughout her career she has been interested in developing people and in the organisational dynamics of culture, leadership and talent management and development. She has wide experience of providing clients with senior HR support, designing, and facilitating large scale organisational development programmes and Executive Coaching assignments. Her goal is to balance these interests in terms of the type of work she does – working with senior leaders on a 1-2-1 basis, with management teams, and on projects delivering across the organisation. She is a professionally accredited coach, and the feedback we get on Donna from clients centres around her being very human with an ability to confront existing beliefs using real insight and genuine interest.
Donna is fully CIPD qualified, has an Advanced Coaching Diploma obtained through the Academy of Executive Coaching, and is accredited to use a number of psychometric instruments such as MBTI, Insights, OPQ, Firo B and Caliper.
