Phillippa (Pip) came to the UK from her native Australia in the late 90s to complete a BA (Hons) degree in Acting. Prior to this, Pip spent a number of years as a children's editor for Penguin, Australia and subsequently moved into sales where she became a Senior National Account Manager for Simon and Schuster.
On completion of her acting studies a number of theatre and TV roles followed. At this time, she also began to work in drama based training, a field in which her interest has continued to grow. She has also worked as a presentations specialist for Citigroup and Merrill Lynch and as a Project Manager for RBS.
Over the past twelve years, Pip has built up a wealth of role play and actor/facilitator experience across both public and private sectors. Clients have included Barclays Capital, Marsh Insurance, Nestle, Norwich Union, Ofsted, and the Home Office, to name but a few. Over the past few years, she has begun to specialise in Communications and Presentations training with a particular emphasis on personal impact coaching, both in group settings and one on one. In this capacity she has worked extensively with Police Forces across the country and with Swift, Conoco Phillips and KPMG internationally.
Pip works hard to create a fun, interactive and non-threatening learning environment, believing that people learn best when they are both engaged in the process and are comfortable and able to be themselves.
